Inspections
We are licensed to inspect conventional and alternative onsite sewage systems. If there's an issue, we will work with you to coordinate service and repairs with our large network of experienced service providers and installers.
Feasibility Studies
If you're buying, selling, developing, or subdividing land, this is the first step in the process. We provide you with the valuable site and soil information you need to make an informed decision, take your land to market, or develop your property.
Design Plans
We provide high-quality design plans for new construction, expansions, modifications, and repairs for residential, commercial, community, and government projects. We design all types of systems: conventional, alternative, engineered, gravity, pump, small and large flows.
Site Evaluations
We investigate and report detailed site and soil characteristics for onsite sewage treatment and disposal in accordance with industry standards using hand augers, backhoe test pits, and permeability testing equipment.
Certified Reports
Our reports are prepared and certified by a Licensed Professional Soil Scientist (LPSS) and Master Alternative Onsite Soil Evaluator (MAOSE). Reports are formatted for Virginia Department of Health review and approval, including Drainfield Certifications, Safe, Adequate, and Proper Evaluations (SAP), and Inspections.
